Title: Is there any interest in a last ride of the year in tn/ga/al area
Post by: bobrebos on November 19, 2021, 08:27:18 AM
I was thinking of hosting at a restaurant, somewhere a last ride of the year for riders to toughen up and ride in for.  Was thinking of doing it on Dec 31st, if the restaurant is serving or maybe December 30th.  I know there is a last ride of the year in Stockton Alabama but I was thinking of doing one up here, maybe in Chattanooga Tn or a small town in the area of.  The ride would be your ride in for lunch, but there would not be an additional ride, just a lunch and then kick tires and bs.  Anybody interested or should I scrap the idea.  Thanks Bob

So you would ride over to here from there or what?  I’m confused....but it doesn’t take much to confuse me!,

Translation:   I'd like to, but I'll probably stay closer to home. But thanks for inviting everyone, you're in a great part on the country!

Entirely dependent on the weather.  Around 45 degrees is my limit to voluntarily leave the garage on a casual ride.  So it's entirely up to you Bob (and mother nature)

Quite possible for me, but I might be on something other than my Lario.

Good to here.  I’ll see if any more riders respond.

We have tentative "get away" plans with friends who are more "dreamers" than doers, so won't know until the date is closer. Will probably be on the Road Glide.

Pencil me in, subject to weather, short-notice obligations, etc.

How about the Dam Ocoee Deli?

Or the Ocoee Dam Deli.

Yep, The Ocoee Dam Deli is a possibility.  I’ll post more when it gets closer.  Thanks Bob
