No connection to Seller...

Wow, that very special invisible second front brake rotor! Perhaps the pics were taken before the brake was installed? Calls for caution if the seller doesn't even know what his brakes are.
Still, its a very good deal. Clutch wash and proper adjustment might solve the slipping.
Crabbing isn't so big an issue.

Interesting. Jackals didn't come with floorboards, engine guards, or chrome zoomie alternator covers. Also, there's the Jackal specific windshield mount. Someone's put a lot of money into this.
If even half of it is true, for $800 this could make someone very happy for a long time.

“factory trained bmw technician..”
That’s a great start..
Clutch pushrod seals and a mineral spirits bath might just do it, but crabbing a Jack All should be a breeze
Backrest
Saddle bags brackets
Synthetic everywhere
That’s a unicorn 🦄

That looks like a good deal.
Are the EV side covers the same as Jakal, I have a pair of those.

JACKAL
not Jacal
not Jakal
not Jackel
Sheese...one of the best series of Guzzi bikes needs to be called correctly!!!!
And yes I love my V11's..now departed....but have great memories...and enjoying my
V7II. Just fits me better in my age.
Rant mode off...

Looks to be a legit Jackal, well accessorized.
Single clock, lack of fender bling or shock covers, foot peg style brake lever.
Those are the aftermarket non-isolated floorboards.
Not sure which bags those racks are for. They're not for H-B.
As I recall, the sissy bar and bag racks were model specific between all the Cali variants due to the different shock cover schemes or lack thereof. As such, those bits alone could potentially fetch something close to asking price by themselves.

QUOTE: Issue just started with a slipping clutch due to transmission fluid leaking past clutch rod seals, thus contaminating the clutch discs.
Just curious...What would be the $COST$ to fix / repair this issue?
-
The airbox removal and refit will be half the price.

$700 parts & labor if I do it, 1200 at a shop.

I know most of you guys are going to dismiss what I am going to say, but notice that synthetic oil is used and the clutch started slipping and there is a leak. The same thing was going on with my Jackal when I bought it. Just under 10,000 miles and the exact same situation. I flushed all that synthetic oil out, used a good quality 20/50 with lots of zdpp, cleaned the clutch with the mineral stuff and voila no slipping and no leaking. Speculation: the older gaskets and seals can’t handle the synthetic. Try it before going thru all the work of crabbing and replacing.

CAUTIOUS, definitely a scam alert on this one!
Anyone tried to make contact with the seller yet?

I thought the same, so I sent him a message, asking if he'd speak on the phone. He called this morning, and we spoke for 10-15 minutes. Everything checks out. Nice old guy. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to go pick it up, so I have to pass on it, but somebody should jump on this.

I think you are right, I don't think they were designed to take synthetic like the VII Sport was.
A lady friend had a nice Honda Nighthawk, her mechanic changed oil to a synthetic and it started leaking left right and centre where before it was oil-tight.

I don't think a leaking main seal would contaminate the clutch.

It does. I have that problem on my old Eldo. If there's a lot of clutch dust built up, then the oil combines with it and makes the clutch stick. If there isn't a lot of dust, then it causes it to slip. A short term solution that lasts a season or two is to wash the clutch with mineral spirits.
-
I only say this because I've not been able to see a path from the seal to the plates. I'd think it would be more likely from the breather.
All of the slipping clutchs I've replaced have been from gear oil.
