Cool bikes but...

That looks like the same V7 Sport (a "survivor" with no mention of replacement of chrome cylinders...) was advertised on c/l around here, in Dallas and in other c/l locations for quite a while last year, apparently without selling.   Maybe he's more motivated & his prices for one or all are more reasonable now, but I kind of doubt it.

Big timber. Nice collection and North Carolina roads to boot.

No doubt someone with very deep pockets will jump on those.  What exactly is meant by calling a bike a "survivor?"

Generally, survivor  means unrestored and original, as delivered, not significantly rebuilt or changed.  Hence my concern with chrome bores.  Maybe in his mind,  serviced also means the chrome bores have been replaced, but seems odd to leave such a significant value-relevant detail unstated.

The Dallas CL ad threw me off for a minute, thought these are in Texas. North Carolina makes it very doable for a weekend drive.

They all are pretty desirable, but my motorcycle budget could only afford one, I’m afraid.

I say original cylinders because of the consistency of colors between barrel and head. Pics from CL ad are not the best but Gilardoni cylinders are generally a lighter color and brighter than the (original) heads. :undecided:
They could be original cylinders re-lined with iron although one would think the seller would mention that...

I don't remember what he wanted for those bikes back then but they maybe more in line with current sales. If he really wants to sell them he should just put them on BAT.

Even at "market value" the market on any of those bikes is beyond my means.

Those are some real nice pieces right there!!  Not sure on price, but even half market value on either of them is more then I can spend..  That being said the dreamer in me would really like a 1000s.. the bike that drew me to Guzzi in the first place... but I couldnt pass up the LM, so Ill have to take two.

How come the V7 Sport doesn't appear to have an airbox or filters? Just nit-pickin'.
