That looks good! Both engine and frame numbers are within the 1948 series so probably the original combination. Some silly paint and chrome, but looks to be pretty honest machine - though the gas tank is probably a mess under the paint. Needs a drive chain - easy common size.

The guy selling this used to put on the Skunk Rally, Sidecars up North. Good guy in my experience, did a bunch of Guzzi work out of his shop, Scrambler Cycle. Near Rice Lake, WI

Still used today in MotoGP. Ducati can adjust the weight to fine tune engine characteristics.

Dang, that went for cheap IMHO, I didn’t even try to buy it, had I thought it would have gone for that I would have bid. That’s not much more than I paid for my Airone over three years ago.
