Title: Selling BMW on eBay
Post by: Scout63 on March 06, 2022, 09:12:09 PM
I posted this 80 R100T on eBay today.  It’s kind of a rat that I bought from someone I met at the grocery store.  I still don’t know why I did. I held it for a year or so, never tried to get it running, and now it’s taking up space.  It looks better in the pictures than up close. Please don’t bid...

Doesn’t look too bad. Airheads are much sought after bikes these days. Someday will find it worthwhile to restore.

Looks like a great bike to be my "winter" ride.

All it needs is someone with a man-bun (and a large wallet) to chop the rear subframe, shorten the front fender, anodize what cannot be painted, and add knobby tires and a suede seat. Yes, that is all it needs. I can see the video already replete with grinder sparks and slow-motion black-and-white scenes.

Ugh. I didn’t really care where the bike went or for how much.  Now I do a tiny bit.
