Title: NGC, morini's
Post by: huub on March 21, 2022, 05:08:06 AM
great little bikes ,
a couple of pics my 500 camel during a off road holiday in spain a two weeks ago.
turned out to to be a great place to ride off road , where off road riding is virtually banned in the netherlands , the forests are accessible in spain , we did up to 150 km/day off road, hardy using any paved roads.

the camel performed better than expected, the engine is amazingly well suited for off roading.
just stick it in any gear , and you have instant power from 2000 to 8000 RPM
But the two other guys showed up on fully prepared modern rally bikes, just keeping up with them with basically a stock 40 year old bike was a challenge.
may be next time i should grab the KTM instead.
