I didn't spot the info I needed on a search so to save some head scratching and have what I need before I start..... The owners manual and service manual didn't seem to spell out well. My low beam left is out and I see it calls for an H3 which I'm familiar with from car uses. I see that just adjusting the lights call for removing the instrument panel. A quick look makes it appear this wouldn't be absolutely required? Can the rubber back cover be removed and gain access to the bulb? I see the H3's listed with the bracket and wire assembly but I wouldn't have expected needing anything more than the bulb and wouldn't have even thought about that aspect but the service manual drawing features the bracket and extension wire. I guess I was hoping to not be removing plastic body panels, etc if not needed and would like having the right stuff ready. If it's requiring much disassembly to get at things, I would replace both at once. 10,000 miles on my 2014 and I learned to always buy the HD versions in car duty.

I have changed the bulb on my breva twice, I remember it was a pain to get my hand inside the bucket but I don't remember what was involved.
Adjusting the headlight was a pain also, did that once. Seems like you have to turn a bolt inside the bucket.
wasn't terrible, just PITA.

It’s worth the 10 minutes that it takes to get the panel off.
Everything is easy to reach then.
