Has anyone dealt with Harpers recently, that can verify if they and their web site are still open for normal business?
I placed a small order online, just under a month ago, and I didn't get normal email confirmation from them and no response to follow up emails to Curtis.
I've tried phoning a couple of numbers for them with negative results, btbh, that could be an issue with my cell phone and international call billing, idk
I know they were putting a new web site into place, I'm not sure my order actually went through and is on it's way, or if it's disappeared into some black internet hole, lol.

Try to email Curtis@harpermoto.com, he will respond but will take a day or 2.

FWIW, I have called them a couple of times from the US and at least once from Italy and always gotten through. This was over the past month and a half.
-
I spoke to Curtis yesterday ( he called me to verify an item) in fact on a new order and last week placed an order that I got in 3 days…all good. Top marks from me for response time and completeness.

A couple weeks ago I attempted to purchase a mudguard mount from them, and similarly didn't receive an email confirmation. Called and talked to Curtis, and he said it's due to the website transition.
I think the best way to go is via phone. Each time I called, I was able to get through. Again, that was only a few weeks ago.

I'm worried that my order never went through properly, because the shipping charges seemed too small for a Canadian delivery and there was no follow up email confirmation.
I've been unable to get through to Curtis at both numbers that I have for him, but my phone is set up prepaid, and I'm not certain that the International aspect isn't screwing things up.

It's better to call, I talk to both Mike and Curtis all the time on a "different form" of social media :thumb:

Hey Dan, That's one of the 2 numbers I've been trying that I can't get through.
Btbh, I think that might be an issue with my phone, not a problem at their end.
I fired off another email, hopefully it goes through.
Tks very much

Tks very much,
Appreciate the feedback from everybody, I've made arrangements to get a message to Curtis through a 3rd party,
Glad to hear that so many people have had dealings with them recently, and they're doing well.
These are strange times indeed.

I spoke with Curtis monday.

Not sure why this call was so difficult, But I got the message from the Springfield Pigeon. called said suspect and all is well. Yes our website is barely holding on with rusty wire and a masking tape band aid. The new one is getting closer with fully automated email notification, up to date parts books and eventually current stock levels. However , as always the best way to reach me is call. I'm here. 816.697.3411
P.S.: Calling every day to check on your order only slows things down. You can't say "He's old school", without knowing what old school is.

Hey Curtis, I thank you very much for calling me directly to let me know what my order status was.
I'm still not sure what the glitch was with the emails and phones, as I mentioned in our conversation, the problem was probably at my my end.
I thank you for going the extra mile to reach out to me.

I'm pretty sure that calling someone "old school" around here is a compliment.

...he says chewing on a cigar and snapping suspenders loudly.
