For those of you within range. Started out with a local Norton club getting together and has evolved into a full blown vintage bike show with many different brands. Guzzi always represents well. Several of us Jersey guys are meeting for breakfast right across the river. PM me for breakfast details. Cam

See you there, I’ll be on my Cal Vintage. Great event!
-
Hey, Cam!
Wish I could make it. The last time (date long gone from memory), was great fun as was the day at the races.
I believe Dave Roper has quit racing - except for Steve Rossi et al and tidler tours.
Be well brother, R3~

Thats okay Bud, they wrap things up pretty early for a Sunday anyway. Will definitely be up for Randy’s one day rally in NH. See you then.

Learned that the flyer has a typo - the start time is 10am...
Usually a great meet and the weather looks good. Will be good to be there after the - hiatus.
-
Just a little too far but I’ll be there in spirit. Hope there is great weather and a big turnout.

One of the best MC events on the east coast, IMO.
I recall when this started, just a few dozen bikes showed up, and IIRC, it was on the Jersey side.
With good weather predicted, I expect many, many obscure vintage machines will show up.

I remember freezing my ass off at a few of those early shows on the Jersey side, and just a handful of bikes in attendance. The last time a I went, which was about 4 years ago and it was quite a crowd.

JJ,
Excellent weather, meant that there was an excellent turnout, but these were all I got.

been there several times, it is always a fun event. Hope those who went had an enjoyable day

Yes, great turn out with many Guzzis in attendance. Here's a cool old Puch 'twingle'. Very similar to my father's first bike back in the early 50's.

There was also this faux Thomas. The bike is real but engine is a fake. Runs on an electric hub motor. Owner squired some old oil in the pan for effect.

Never saw this Honda before - I want one!

Nice pics Joe, good to see you.
Seemed like there were new and vintage Guzzi’s everywhere I turned yesterday.

Sorry I missed ya John, a TON of people all over the place. I lost most of the guys I had breakfast with in the first 10 minutes.
And Joe, way to slip in a pic of your Coppa that wasn’t even there. Remember, I’m a trained observer…

I knew I did not see a Coppa there! Glad to see my Sport 1100 made the highlight reel!
-
I saw that too, pretty sneaky. I actually tried to get a pic of his Vintage, but the sun was shining so brightly on his bike, the photo didn’t take

Cam ,
You are in error!!!!
I went back home for lunch, brought back the Calvin and returned with the Coppa. ( About 1:15pm)
You were gone, and things were wrapping up.
Good seeing you!

A few more for everyone!

Yeah, yeah. If a Coppa pulls into a forest and there’s no one there to see it, did it happen?

LOL
