A new one on me,
Friend recently bought a lovely low mileage Calvin. Bone stock and very shiny, but was popping back through the airbox at low throttle openings.
Hooked him up to guzzidiag and found 2 things,
CO2 set to minus 130
and, the weird bit, when I get to the 'gentlemen please start your engine' phase of setting the CO2, the bike just will not start at all
Starts on the button everytime otherwise.
Never seen that before.
Any of the clueier FI gurus out there care to chime in?
Note
- I have verified this by repeating around 10 times
- I have been using the guzzidiag stuff and sorting out FI on guzzis for over 10 years so no- I haven't overlooked something simple.
Thanks all

With a stock map and an O2 sensor the bike is running in closed loop and there is no CO adjustment.
Turn off the O2 sensor in Tuner pro for the map and then you can adjust after you re-flash with the modified map.
