Not exactly a garage queen, but it is running, and has potential. I’ve found the LM 3 to be one of the most satisfying rides I’ve ever owned.

Best QUOTE of the ad.... :thumb:   :boozing:
This bike was born a BEAST...and still is a super BEASTIE...
Yes....indeed!  :thumb:

Looks to be all there, hopefully someone saves it and gives it some love.
-
Interesting mods for sure.. but looks to be mostly there, and a pretty good price if its a good runner.
-
I *love* the white LM3s.. but.. I'm going to have to get some eye wash.
-
New owner could easily spend the “ buy in price” +, to resurrect this beastie. Lots of stuff is unobtanium, or pricey for these. Ask me how I know...

Thats a deal. Fairing far more useful than on a LM850. Interesting tire choice.

Yeah, I don't know about those tires.

Yeah, I don't know about those tires.
Also not sure about the receiver hitch on the smart car....

Looks like a Sprint Mfg. fairing. They were really well made and came with the lights mounted and a wiring sub-harness. I had one years ago. Sprint is not making them anymore as they're focusing on Hinkley Triumph stuff.

No doubt, this is one unique Guzzi. How about the multi colored wheels...
Yeah, I don't know about those tires.

The last time I communicated with them they were still making fairings for Guzzi's once you paid for the item with a long lead time, but that was some time ago. They do make a quality product.
-
looks like they fitted a lemans 1000 swingarm (medium) to fit the slightly wider wheel ?

Man, I’d like to have those fish tails for my LMIII much cooler than LaFranconi competition :thumb:
-
That fishtail is worth $3k alone…

Yeah, you know just from looking at it that it hasn't been maintained. What oil that remains in the pan will look like tar. Maybe there is still lube in the rear drive. I've seen these kind of "turds" come in to Mark's for "service" because they were making the dogga dogga noise.
I would much rather pay a Guzzi Guy more money for a nice one.. <shrug>

The seller says he was a Guzzi Mechanic and has Mobil 1 racing oil in there now. I would bet you could buy it and ride it home, no worries. I would ride my ‘76 LeMans cross country today and the motor hasn’t been apart in 30 years. They’re Guzzis, thats why we buy them.

Well, there’s that.
I don’t think any self respecting, hipster motorcycle jacking thief, would be caught dead on it.
