Can these be made/cut at home like your standard single/material gaskets? I'm growing weary of buying the V7's exhaust header gaskets at $3-$5 each, and was curious if I could somehow make my own easily enough?

If you're talking about the Flexitallic type, then there's likely no way you're going to make those at home. You might consider wire reinforced sheet packing. That will stand up to heat and any pressure the exhaust system is capable of seeing.

To add to Cloudbase's words
Temperature is the challenge, so Cloudbase's suggestion is sound
This side of the Atlantic we have little companies that cut non standard gaskets to order.
If you can find one they might be able to knock you out a slack handful

How much is your time worth? It would certainly take more the "$3-$5" of my time to make a gasket.
$2.57 each.

If you can source the material, all you need is a set like this. Shop around on the interweb .

Curious why you're needing to buy a bunch of exhaust header gaskets.

After the comments pointed out here, I went ahead and purchased a bulk package of them. The issue isn't so much as the cost, but the not having them in supply everytime I pull the exhaust, which has been more frequent lately due to servicing and troubleshooting. I went ahead and purchased an 8-pack. That'll curb my complaining for a spell. Also purchased a set of those silicone valve covers from Real Gaskets in TN. Valve cover gaskets are another groaner for me, so I figured I'd get some reusable ones.
