I'm looking to install heated grips on my 2020 V7 III Racer. Do you guys know which size are the handlebars? Has anyone installed a nice set of heated grips that feel OEM, in other words, the control is built into the grip like this one?

I just put Oxford touring grips on my v7 yesterday. About the tenth set I've used. Solid performance but yes the controller is hard to hide.

My riding buddy installed Koso brand heated grips on his Harley just last week. A different model than the one in your link, but the heat control is the same. He's had the chance to use them once, on heat level 3 of 5, and liked them.
I was present for the wire routing portion of the install, and IMO: for the fine wire gauge, the connectors seemed overly large & clunky. Also there's a large in-line control box which i assume (?) contains the control circuitry. Approx 1.5" x 3" (going by memory. Pic attached at bottom). It's fine if you have space under the tank in which to shove it, as he did.
The model you linked may have a different arrangement.
One wire pulled out of a connector (pictured), but I have no idea how hard he was yanking on it. The wire, I mean.
He emailed Koso for a replacement connector but got no reply. It's fixed now..

If the bars are 7/8" (they should be?), the ones in the link you posted should work. 1" is for the throttle tube, 7/8" is to fit the bare bar.
They look interesting. Hope they are easy to install and work well for you.

Always been happy with these. They were $37. They fit right under your regular grip.
Adhesive sticks to bar. You can point them "leads to outboard", file a notch in the bar end
and fold the leads back 180 degrees to pass them through the bar interior. Put a slot in the bottom of the bar between the risers and bring the leads out through that slot. I then run the leads into the headlight shell and terminate there.
Done it 5 bikes so far without any surprises.

Just like the Oxfords as far as the install and controller, but half the price. I always used the Heat Demon under grip heaters too, but the overall package and ease of install make make the BikeMasters a bargain in my opinion.

The throttle tube serves as an insulator on the right, use a good thick piece of heat shrink on the left. But at under $50, the BikeMaster grips are a bargain. And the install is simple as can be.

Heat absorbed by the handlebars is still warming the hand wrapped around the grip.
At full power they will get too hot to he comfortable so heat loss isn’t a problem.
Outside of the original ($37, cheap) price my favorite feature of these was the relative ease in routing the power leads inside the bars. It's a clean and unobtrusive installation.
