Seems like the diff. is misting the rim and tire. Fluid level seems correct, breather seems to be breathing

Looks like you need a rear seal on back plate of drive. Normal somewhat. Leaks happen.

Beat me to it. If you look in the manual, understand it, etc. it's not much of a job. If not.. take it to someone that does. <shrug>
