Title: Whatsitcalled?

There is a little arrowhead shaped plunger that fits into a grommet to hold fairings
securely but not tightly.  Is there a name for it?

Well, a previous owner broke mine off.  Nothing off the shelf seems to work.  I am thinking about going with velcro.
