Sky Manor???Any of you Jersey Boys remember Ed Mahler? He used to fly out of Sky Manor - likely in the 60 - 70's

A very good friend and colleague. Hopefully there are still pictures on the walls.  Good fortune,  R3~

Hello Roebling3

I do know of Ed Mahler. I will check the photos for you. Yes, they are still some framed photos on the walls.
We live about a half hour from Sky Manor Airport and go to the Cafe on a regular basis.

A friend of mine keeps his airplane up there.

Regards,
Joe

ERIC,

Hope to see Sunday, but I may have to leave early.

Granddaughter has a soccer game in the afternoon.

Hope to see you Joe. I'll ride the V65 if I can get the oil change done today. "Young" Eric should be there and my son may join us.

Joe, Thank you for responding.
My son and I used to hold the framing poles for some of Ed's stunts. (as in low level flights - at many airports in the North East). We had not arrived on Long Island yet when Ed's accident took place. An awful day for all who knew him. The crash took place during a test flight before the show began.  R3~
By the way: Ed built the plane he flew. Parsons Joslin PJ 295.
