Title: V85TT shift problem

Hi Folks,
I have a 2020 V85TT with 30,000 miles on it. Recently she has been reluctant to downshift. It seems she will shift down normally 6th to 5th, and to 4th, but going below 4th she doesn't want to down shift. The shifter feels like it is bottomed out. Sometimes of I flick the shifter with my boot edge then it will downshift.

I did pull the shift lever off, cleaned and greased it, but that did not seem to help.

Does anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?

Are you changing the oil in the gearbox regularly (10,000 k) with the correct grade ?

Yes. I've been changing the transmission oil and final drive oil every engine oil change, about 6000 miles. 75w140 gear oil.
