Princess Auto have a really good deal on spotlights this week a pack of 4 for $40, enough to put a pair on 2 bikes, I paid $80 for a pair for my V7 Guzzi
Ultra Performance Brand 4 Pack 4-1/2"27 Watt LED Work Lights
These work on 9-60 Volts DC so perfect for a 12 Volt system, Colour temperature 6,000 k, 1,800 Lumens each.
they may not be as sexy looking as your favourite lights but they aren't bad looking either and the price is right, even if you dont use them on a bike they would make good lights for use with a 12 Volt battery.
come with stainless mounting brackets, probably not a bar clamp.
I will attach a picture when I get them mounted but don't wait for that, the sale will only be on for this week.

come with stainless mounting brackets, just a single bolt mount but that's all you need, tilt up and down.

$10 you say (adjusts red suspenders) I put these on my '75 Eldorado as an alternative to an LED headlight.
The yellow comes on with low beam, White driving lights with high beam.
$21.99 for the pair makes them a dollar more than OP but you don't have to buy 4!

Those are nice. Who makes them? My 2010 VStrom has great head lights but would like something to mount on the crash bars.

The Princess Auto ones are obviously Chinesium but i
I'm ok with that they rule the world as far as cheap lights go
Ultra Performance pack 94608 9pc 3W LEDs
1800 Lumens
9=60 VDC
Diecast Aluminium Housing
201 Stainless Steel Bracket
Acrylic Lens
Spot beam
Dimension 4.2"4.2" High 1.9" Thick
At least thats what it says on the packet. looks like that inside.
I cannot guarantee that all Princess Auto stores have these for $39.99 but that's what the girl at counter told me.

I bought these same lights and mounted on the crash bars of my V7. I like them a lot. I use the yellow light as a supplemental daytime driving light as my wife said it made the bike stand out even when the sun was up.

When you get a chance, measure the actual wattage. I suspect it is a lot less than the 27 watts that they imply.

Thanks @Bulldog9, I just added those to my Amazon list. We don't have Princess Auto here in SoCal. These look quality, and the price is right. To be honest though, I've not considered adding additional lighting, always thought OEM was sufficient. I do ride on the street a lot, even to work is a 40 mile round trip. I need to consider these for sure. Now, what bike should I add them to? They could work on my dual sport as well, lol.

I used 2" pod lights on my V7IIISpecial
from Superbright LEDs.com
www.superbrightLEDs .com
AUX-10W-Sx ~ $40 each, they sure are bright and increase your visibility
While you are there check out the LED headlight bulbs, get one with a cooling fan option.
