Title: Givi pannier rack for v7 850 Special?

I know H/B makes a rack for the 850 Special, anyone know for sure if Givi makes one?  I can find a Givi for the Stone, but no info on if it would fit a Special.   Doesn't look like the Stone rack would work, do to the Special having that sweet chrome steel passenger rack.

I believe that the passenger grab rail has to be removed.
