Title: The new Harpermoto.com
Post by: Curtis Harper on May 12, 2023, 04:23:16 PM
Yes i asked permission to post this here.

Harper's Moto Guzzi Celebrates 53 years in business and dealing with Moto Guzzi motorcycles by announcing the new HARPERMOTO.COM

I am so excited to see this happening. Website restoration is definitely not my thing but tonight the new Harpermoto.com is going live and we can hopefully get back to workin on motorcycles. It should be up and running by Saturday morning. Please let me invite first, all of the folks on wildguzzi to check it out. Have a look around. I hope you find some things you like. The format is pretty close to the same but the details are updated for sure. The pictures are back, stock levels are in place and automated emails and tracking are finally working.

Existing orders will still be being processed off the old store and there will be a link to get back to it. Unfortunately you will have to put your customer information back in when placing an order for the first time.

I am sure we will have a lot of bugs to work out and problems to fix. But look forward to getting things back to where they were and better than ever.

I am investing in your Guzzi experience so you know I will be here for a time to come.

Have a great Mother's day weekend.

Curtis Harper

Nice job. Works well.
Didn't see part quantity needed, but easily found in full parts list.

Very cool. I see you have Valtec mufflers again, I remember wanting a set a few years ago and they were not available, was that right? Were the originals called Ramflo? Those were awesome, are these the same?

Having always had positive experiences with Harpers in sourcing parts and getting questions answered, I was awaiting the delivery of my Convert to order a solo seat….but, alas, no longer see it on the new website. Shall I call to discuss?

Nice try but no cigar.

I go in selecting '98 V11EV and end up with parts diagrams that look like T3 or something. Most everything labeled "frame #####". I used to be able to find stuff on your site. That's no more....

Maybe time to get a pro to implement your storefront and you get back to working on motorcycles.

it glitched when I pulled up a part.  I'm still looking for gas tank flange for the V11 Sport

If you were my customer I'd recommend that you order from MG cycle.

When searching for parts like mufflers each page only shows 6 items. You should try showing more per page like most other websites.

Same with my order and I tried all variables with no success. Tried the additional numbers for zip code but NG.
