Beautiful area...but it looks "chilly indeed"...even in the summertime!

Today started off nicely warm. By the time I got to Labrador City 400+ miles north, it was at the freezing mark. Cold head and side winds all day.

850 miles south of you, we were enjoying 90 F heat!
Beautiful open country up there you captured in your pics, Nick - not much traffic either, I'd imagine.

Look very much like your kind of roads! You surely got up and did it.
Good on ya!

Is gas available on that road.A friend withe a big Triumph ADV bike wanted to go but is unable to carry extra gas.I think he may have about a 6 gallon US tank.

The longest distance with no fuel is 410kms (254 miles). What a feeble excuse. Plastic can and bungee cords.

I'm looking at these things for that leg. 2 gallons when filled. Flat and flexible as a pancake empty. Plenty of lashing points.

Plenty of room to attach a Rotopax 1 gallon or two of them...lots of places to tie them down.
