Title: Spirit Beast forkleg thingee?

Can someone explain to a "boomer" what is this for?  Function? Style?

Never seen anything like this.  My assumption is it has some "kewl" LED light strip.

Yea, that's just what you need, maybe hook your beer mug on it at the WI rally. You could tell them a big story about them, more mileage, whistles a toon down the road, etc
