A while back there was a thread started in reference to replacing the faulty factory rubber turn signals on the EV models. I just had the 4th one break on my 02 Stone.
When the thread was ongoing one of our members was working on a 3D printer version.
Can anyone advise who the member was or possibly advise where these signals can be obtained?
Thanks in advance.

No help on the thread.
But...
Someone, maybe Patrick, recommended installing a metal tube through the rubber stalk where the wires run through and epoxying the tube as well as the broken rubber together. This does work, but it is no longer flexible.
You might do a search on repairing one, there is a quick write up on how to do it. I think I wrote up how I did it. Not hard to do, just takes a bit of time.

Thanks for the reply Tom.
Here lays the problem.
I have already attempted that technique as well as good bonding agents.
The rubber material that these Stems are made of tends to harden and get brittle after a few years. Therefore little can be done to modify them in any way for repairing.

The ones I repaired on my '04 EVT were not ...ummm.."brittle" as in with a fingernail you could easily remove bits from a cracked area. They had just cracked in half.
If they are disintegrating, then new stalks are needed. As of a few years ago, MG Cycle had new complete signals, but not cheap. Maybe the printed ones , if made, can be had for cheap.
Here is a post that Wayne Orwig mentions printing some:

And another that said some have been printed:

Hope this helps,

JRT's looks like the signal is bolted on the stalk. If yours is like my EVT, the stalk slides into the signal and is help in by a tab on the reflector IIRR.

Yes Tom, that’s the way mine are designed also.

Yep,I think so. Now if I can figure out how to order?

You don't actually order them. You'd need to find someone that does 3D printing, and they would use the file on that webpage to print them for you.

Looks like a pretty easy print. I'd be willing to give it a shot if you don't find someone local.

If someone would start making them I feel sure they could sell them in the swap meet. I’ll place an order for two now👍

I need two for a 2001 Jackal.
