I have GuzziDiag running on my old 2010 Macbook O/S High Sierra for my 07 Norge, no problems. **Question is before I go futzing around with it, I want to help my Buddy with a 04 Breva 750 which is a completely different ECM and reader/writer software.
Has anyone loaded both software into their machine without complication? I imagine many owners have more than one Guzzi that use Guzzidiag? Just checking for protocol before I start playing with this and helping out another Guzzista

Are you going to read/write the software, or just use GuzziDiag?
GuzziDiag is an easy setting change.

Hi Wayne, I just want to check his TPS, etc... Just a check up for him after we tune it. I imagine it is the stock base map, etc... I was just wondering about loading both sets of reader/writer software at the same time and another ECM.

I did that on a Windows PC, no problem. Normally need it for my EV, a friend needed a map loaded on a V7III. Just don't open both programs at the same time. Also don't have GD open when you use the reader or writer.

You only need the read and write software if you want to flash the ECU. It shouldn't be necessary to just use GuzziDiag (which is a separate program) to see what is going on and diagnose things.
But to answer your question, I have software to flash and diagnose Guzzis, Subarus, Bosch ECUs, Ford ECUs, Honda ECUs, and various aftermarket ECUs on the same laptop. There are no issues or cross contamination.
