I rode my 2004 Breva 750 on twisty mountain roads past few days ..and could not believe how well it worked for me ! :thumb:
It felt to light/easy in turns, and having enough grunt coming out of turns.
I thought I would share my experience here.
Also, wanted to know experience of others here with Breva 750 on twisty-mountain roads ( and elsewhere )
My front tire is not in the best of condition ( rear tire is nearly new ), but still it worked so well in terms of leaning etc that, I am very pleasantly surprised.
I have decided to do it again and again and try to get better/learn.
Pls. share/comment your experience with Breva 750.
Thanks in advance !

That's terrific! I agree that the Breva 750 is a gem. We had one for at least 10 years and it is just a pleasant, responsive bike. I think they are way undervalued.

That is the exact feeling I got after these rides !
Totally agree they are way undervalued.
I feel it is very good/near perfect balance of power, weight, handling & very well designed overall.

My very limited experience came when I was only a big block owner.
I made my way to a new local dealer, demo'd one for an hour or so, loved it, but didn't buy it.
It is likely that experience that stuck with me and led me to ordering my 2013 V7 Stone a few years later though.

I don't think I have ridden a 750 Breva, My 2010 V7 Classic feels more nimble to me than my 2019 V7III, The V7III is more refined and feels more planted to me.

I had a similar experience last weekend riding the Breva ancestor,my sons v50 thru our WI mountains to the Slimey Crud rally, lots of folks stopped by to look at the old gal,and it was a hoot to ride trying to keep my buddies in sight.

Our 750 Breva is also a pleasure to ride. I am grateful to have the joy of ownership.

I know that many owners thought that the 750 Breva had the best seat. Comfortable, with the most planted feel.
Later bikes did not seem to capture that.

I have always liked the looks of the breva 750. It just looks "right".

I had a 750 for a couple of years and really enjoyed it. Seems to be kind of forgotten now. Great bike.

I owned a 750 Breva for 4-5 years that I bought on a fly and ride. It was probably my most ridden bike during that time out of several other Guzzi's which were all big blocks. I sold the Breva a couple of years ago as well as a few other bikes trying to down size. I now have a V7 Classic 2011. The Classic is pretty much the same bike as the Breva except for the looks. Riding they are very similar. I prefer the V7 due to a more flat seat that I can move forward and back on. The Breva locked me into one position due to a more scooped seat. I also prefer the looks of the V7 over the Breva. But overall as I said, the bikes are so similar and both are so easy to ride and corner on and have a great balance of weight with adequate performance and enough character to be thoroughly enjoyable. I have not ridden a newer V7. I am happy with the older more simple model of the V7.

I like windscreen, sidle bags and mufflers on your Breva, and I would like to get those as well ( so that I can tour/take longer rides ):
- Which windscreen you had used ? Did you install it yourself or ?
- Which saddlebags did to use ?
- Which mufflers did you use and how was your experience with those compared to stock ? ( btw, mine are stock mufflers )
Thanks in advance !

The Bags were the 30L HB bags with the associated racks.
Mufflers were Staintune from Australia. Very nice pipes but I think no longer available. Sounded great, not too loud or quiet.
The windshield was a National Cycle F-15 Touring Windshield. I modified the brackets a little to attach to the ears the headlight is attached to.

I picked up my B750 in January 2004. I still have it for a very good reason, it puts a smile on my dial every time.
When I go for a ride with my son on his Harley, no matter how slow I go I still end up waiting for him after a good set of twisties. Nod your head and around you go.

I never knew you guys own a 750 Breva Brian. Had mine for coming up 20 years now.

A friend saw that I was having too much fun on mine so he bought one for himself. He's never regretted it. And, yes, it's easily the best bike I've had around the twisties.
