Title: I'm having trouble finding the OBD2 plug...
Post by: MaxQuinn on October 10, 2023, 04:56:12 AM
I'm having trouble finding the OBD2 plug on my 2014 California 1400 Touring. Despite searching under the seat and removing both side covers, I haven't been able to locate it. I've scoured this forum, checked the owner's manual, and even looked at resources like ThisOldTractor, but I've had no luck so far. Could someone please direct me to a resource or provide information on where to find the OBD2 plug on this bike? I've used GizziDiag on a California EV before, but this particular bike is relatively new to me. Thanks

Should be under the seat tucked in on the left side near the frame tube.

As I recall, you have to remove the battery cover, and there's a little pair of plastic prongs that it snaps into.

It is in the Service manual, where it's located.
