Hey folks,
i got some Question about Ignition Timing and general restrictions of a 125cc Bike mit MIUG3 ECU.
It seems for me, that the Ignition timing are a kind of restriction espacially on full Throttle and higher Revs above 10.000 RPM, the values in the pictures are original.
and what does it mean "Cold" and "Warm" Ignition Timing? When will warm kick in, or is it a safety map?
35 BTC on high revs seems really low imo.
What do you think, it is a good idea to increase the ignition timing? Fuel will be adjustet for sure with a digital O2-Wiedeband sensor to read the AFR during ride.
Also the REV-Limiter setting, what are the two 10.900 RPM for? i ques Ignition and Fueling RPM maybe?
i adjustet all Values to 12.100RPM (No worry, engine can handle it) but the Analog Limiter-Gauge only revs until about 11.700RPM.
Engine is absolutly Stock, Compression Ratio: 12,5:1, Fuel always 98 Octane RON.

Has anybody an Idea for Ignition BTC and the Rev-Limiter Problem?!

Yeah 10,000 rpm is a little too much for a moto guzzi..
Not sure there is a moto guzzi 125cc that’ll go that high
Are you sure you’re in the right discussion group? Never heard that question here before..probably why no one is answering
I know a few 2 stroke mopeds that’ll do that..not for the faint of heart

Its a 4-Stroke 125cc 1-Cylinder Bike.
Because it hast the Same ECU like many other Guzzis (Marelli MIUG3 Singlebody)

The "cold" and "warm" ignition tables are the left and right cylinder ignition tables on V7 MIUG3.
