Anyone remember 1998 when there were…

4 models?

This is pretty amazing, but how much of it, bikes and accessories, will be in the US?

As usual amazing color and paint schemes

I'd like to see them bring back a California. The V100 is awesome but not a bike for me. I find the Stelvio and V85 hideous. The V7 series are gorgeous, but I don't want a little sporty bike either..

Guzzi has come a long way with their selection. I cant say there is a single bike in their lineup, I dont like. Very nice, and the new Stelvio rocks!

The numbers that have already sold notwithstanding…
The Stelvio will outsell the Mandello significantly. I’m not saying it deserves to or otherwise, I just reckon it will.
From the moment it hits the floors, it will outshine the Mandello.
Also.
There will be a slew of V100’s with less than 10,000 miles on the clock, up for sale to help fund the purchase of the new offering.
The Guzzi buying public wanted that new motor… They got it.
They wanted the OHC…They got it.
They wanted the 120 horses..They got it.
They wanted the “bold new styling…” Hmmmm.
There are some hushed comments already regarding perceived shortcomings (although very few), of the V100 from new owners and potential ones.
That screen is a thing and I knew it would be.
By the time your winter comes and goes, there’ll be a goodly proportion of Mandello owners that will divulge…
“Hardly used my V100 over winter, the weather protection was not good enough…The Stelvio would have been better”.
They took the Mandello because the Stelvio was not available.
You went to the dance knowing there were two ladies there that you wanted to meet and only one turned up…

Which of the two did you leave with..?

You will hear the (sanitised) truth, when they have it up for sale. When the would be buyer is bouncing up and down on the seat of the brand new Stelvio in the showroom with the salesman telling him how good he looks on it, then catches a view of his Mandello sitting out the front, he had better turn away right then and there.
Because if he goes so far as to say…
“What would I get for the V100 if I rode away on this Stelvio right now…?”
There’s no turning back from there.

Forrrgetttaabaaaarr rrtt it….!

No other motorcycle company does a better job of keeping their brand name hidden on their cycle than Moto Guzzi. Amazing! Oh wait… they have it on the saddlebags! Haha

Very happy to see Moto Guzzi doing better. I am trying to decide what bike to pick from the Guzzi 2024 Portfolio…. The 24 updated V85 and the 24 Stelvio are very high on my list. I just retired (for the second time) and  I am going to be 61 years old for the 24 riding season…. I am planning on doing Alaska next year and want to see Utah too. Might do the long way around and go to Utah and then Alaska.  It could be a +10,000 mile tour over a month or two. My first choice is a motorcycle with shaft drive, but with the correct bike (Ducati DesertX) I wouldn’t rule out a bike with a chain either.  Salute to Moto Guzzi for having 2 bikes that made my list.

I mostly agree here.

But the Cali 1400 was too big, almost cartoonish.

I loved my RK but it was really big.

I remember what an RK was two decades ago....I liked the size very capable and much more reasonable. Kinda like Ambo or Eldo.

I could get behind a comfortable, capable, classic looking, upright seating position bike like that.

Till then the V7 will have to do....

Yes, the 1400 seemed gigantic to me. I like 1100. 950 would be good too.
