Incomprehensibly beautiful.
I’ve often suggested that when a Guzzi is beautiful, it is more so  than a Ducati or MV Agusta of the same ilk.
Imagine a similarly dressed Desmosedici or F4, they are almost TOO “nice”. The Guzzi has a mix of raw brutality offered on a plate of class and refinement.
It’s like Mike Tyson performing ballet to a Strauss waltz, it seems impossible yet somehow it works sensationally well.
The MGS 01 was in the same class.
Only three things.
I’d like to see one with a clear screen and just a touch less upsweep on the mufflers, done by Termignoni in aluminium or titanium.

I think I agree with Huzo.  It's very cool, but the upsweep on the cans is just a bit too much.

How about a stab at what it’ll go for ?
I’ll throw in….USD 40,000.

I don’t like the pipes either.  Angle of muffler is goofy and having what looks like old cafe-bike-looking black reverse cone megaphones on a new high tech build is a swing and a miss.

Otherwise, I like it.  Don’t want it, but I like it.

I think you guys could find fault in Sohia Loren's figure during her prime.

It’s not really a fault Dave, just when some thing close to perfect, stands next to something that IS perfect, it stands out a bit.
Moreover.
Sophia Loren in her prime did have one glaring fault….
She couldn’t cook .

Have it washed and brought to my tent, sans mufflers. I’ll work something out…

Yup, that’s a lot better.  Even with a similar too steep angle on the cans, they’re modern enough to fit the build much better.

Huzo, the reality is that whenever any woman-regardless of looks- finds out you’re a real chef, none of them can cook….

I found that if you ruin a couple loads of laundry you'll never have to do it again :thumb:

Yeah but you would have to appear to be a totally incapable slob who looks like they can’t do laundry when you first meet for her to believe that’s true..

I guess I could do my 1/2 the laundry when she's mowing her 1/2 the law or clearing snow of her 1/2 the driveway or killing her 1/2 of the spider in the corner.

Yeah I do my share around here. I even do most of the cooking and even do dishes a lot of the time. I do 100% of the outside work to boot.  In her defense if I get low on my sock or underwear supply I may have to do my laundry to have clean clothes before her normal laundry day.

Normal laundry day around here is 2 or 3 loads a day. Don’t know what the wife and kiddo wash or how often but the electric bill suggests a lot. Really don’t care as long as cloths are clean and hamper isn’t overflowing. Prefer it over the opposite
.

Piaggio makes the prettiest bikes in the marketplace already. They are Italian after all, the world's design center. I have never had anything but "that is a beautiful bike" from all kinds of bystanders.  :thumb:

Just to clarify, my gripe is the flat, ugly boring paint jobs. And how many years can you carry the same bright blue?
I think 1/2 of the Ducaties bought are because they are bright red. JMHO!

Nice looking bike except for the pipes. Maybe have the upsweep match (parallel) the bottom of the back of the seat bodywork? And shorten them a bit.

Ok, here’s the plan…
(https://i.ibb.co/GkQVqdR/IMG-4569.png) (https://ibb.co/GkQVqdR)

Starting from the front.
#1 That tricolore sweep on the under seat graphics, needs to be continued in a suitably subtle way onto the front fairing.
#2 Dump the red/white/green accents on the rims.
#3 Do something better than the ugly afterthought pod filters.
#3 Pork chops need to be silver/grey.
#4 Headers and pipes in titanium.
#5 Twin hi mount mufflers in carbon or stainless in the style of the 916 Ducati or MGS 01.
#6 Clear screen.
#7 Rims the same colour as the pork chops.

Then…I’ll live with it I s’pose…

Yeah, very nice, especially the oem stand that chews up pork chop paint.

It’s said that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. For me, in this case, this has got to be one of the ugliest bikes I have ever seen. The proportions of the plastics is unforgivable. They look like they were off of a much smaller bike. The gap between the tank plastic and fairing is horrid along with the angles. Nothing flows into the next. Subframe looks like an afterthought as well as the remote reservoir for the rear shock, put some effort into this. I would walk past this for my Stone any day of the week.

At a glance, the bike looks nice. But upon closer observation...

If you could pivot and slide the plastic fairing back to align with the tank cover, I think they would fit together nicely. Or at least fill the gap with the 2 edges and lines matching. Continue the red and green stripes onto the tank and fairing. Of course to do that, you would have to extend the tank cover plastic for the stripes to fit.

It looks like the shock reservoir was hose clamped in place. Really? Hose clamps?

Red paint on pork chops scraped by the stand? A large diameter washer to match the diameter of the pork chop boss to protect the paint would probably take care of that. Might have to open the width of the stand but if you can build the bike that should be easy enough.

Overall, for a "custom" bike build, it is close but no cigar.

My 2 cents.
