AF1 Austin has dropped MSRP by $2,000. Below is a sample link:

That's pretty good. Out by the right coast Xtreme in Accident is only offering $1k off that model.

But if you are willing to go with a leftover 2021 Special you can get it for $6490 or $3k off.

Just this past weekend I was starting to think of looking for a V7 Special and searched Cycle Trader etc.
Used ones are at $7999!

I need a deal like these closer to NJ!

I'm in NJ and drove to Accident MD for our Carbon Dark.

Borrow a buddy with a pickup truck and go for it.

They were excellent to deal with. At the time their policy was no other fees (freight, prep, anything - other than a $75 admin fee on top of the otherwise advertised price. I saved thousands over msrp). I believe they are offering similar at least on the leftovers. Can't say for sure about the current model years.

Talk to Jim Hamlin at Hamlin's Cycle, Bethel,CT.  One of the very best dealers in the country.  Hamlin's and Cadre (Cincinnati) have stellar reputations.  I'm sure Jim will make you happy.

I even have a truck and a trailer and have gone far and wide in the past for a deal. but its the time away on the road i cant afford which would be 12-14 hours or an overnight.

We did it one day out and back...

The ship too - if one day out and back isn't worth $500 of your time.

Just saying.

Jim is an awesome guy and has a fantastic reputation. I trust him with all my hear and soul. But he couldn't discount anything, so if I was going to travel 6+ hours out and back, I figured I at least should save $2-3k.

But if I lived anywhere near him I'd pay the markup and rely on his shop as needed.

Ill add my .02, I live in RI and bought a 2020 left over V85TT from Motoplex in PA, they have good discounts too on some V7s stones, specials and stone special edition for 8500.

I appreciate all the helpful input, but I realize it’s not the right time for me to buy.
Still need to sell the brand new Royal Enfield I bought on impulse, and I haven’t yet given my Breva a fair chance to be my daily rider.

It's good to see MotoPlex both STILL in business (I won't feign surprise, that area claimed 3 other dealerships over the short 20 years or so I've been riding Guzzis) AND discounting.

We actually went to them first back in 2018, but they were full boat msrp, plus exorbitant freight and shipping, plus other BS markup AT THE TIME. Perhaps that's changed and I'll shop them again when it comes time to add another one.

I had a similar experience as Kev M at Motoplex, haven’t been back there lately.
