What year is your bike?
That was an interesting read, did you ever test with new plugs, if not you should (they can work in atmospheric pressure but under pressure the flame is blown out).
When you have the timing light installed aim it at the timing marks to see if the plugs are firing when they should. You can add a dot or stipe of white paint to make them more visible.
You have spark and fuel but they might not be at the correct time, especially the spark (a fuel charge can hang out in the intake until the valve opens).
I do not think it’s a battery voltage issue, the starter would be disabled first if that was the case.
Check timing and replace spark plugs.

New plugs
Inductive timing strobe so should only flash if the plug in the cylinder head is sparking.
Plugs are wet.
Haven't checked the timing as didn't understand that it could change just by moving the fuse box cover. 🙃
Open to all ideas
Tip over sensor is at 62 k Ohms

Yeah, no the fuse box cover won’t change the timing but something went wrong.
Your plugs get wet and you have spark, see if it’s sparking when it should.
Could be an issue with the tone wheel or ECU. I don’t know exactly what it is, you’ll have to keep testing until you find out why.
An angle sensor will shut the engine down as well as the alarm, you have spark and fuel it just seems it’s not at the correct time.
