This is a highly laid back affair for Guzzi riders who like to camp out for a night or two, have good safe fun and enjoy life. Located along the eastern bank of Old Man River, home to presidents, Lincoln, Grant, Reagan and Obama! Camping is primitive, although upgrades are available, and comfy under the stately swaying pines. It's bring your own everything so pack as needed. Grocery store and bars are just a few short miles away, should you forget something. Camping is less than $10 a night, and free to those 62 and over, at least that was the case last year. You don't have to ride a Guzzi, inferior brands will be welcome too.

You forgot to list that there is RV there too for those that HAUL then ride(hint, hint). Some rallies never die but just change form. Must be the folks that keep going on-----------------------
Many very nice roads on the river.

Thank you GuzziSteve, you speak the truth.

Sounds like a good time. This I will start planning today to make it! Paul

If any questions, feel free to send me a ping via pm.

Pancake breakfast at firehouse Saturday?
-
It doesn't appear so, I checked the KFD facebook and there is no mention of one.

Bump.

We really are just a small group of good natured folks who ride Guzzi and appreciate kindness and a sense of humor. If that sounds like you, pack up and come on over.

Hello Chad. Will there be anybody there Friday, late morning, early afternoon? Like last year I'm scheduled to work all weekend and naturally nobody will cover for me. Thanks, Paul

They should be there right now. Guy's I know were going today, HA just can't get enough. AND what a way to start off the rally season.
I may just raise a few shots in that direction tonight. Rough day at the office, 2hrs in ATL traffic on the way, 3hrs home. Worked 1hr, rode 2 vintage bikes. Good customers are worth the trip. Duck 750 round case & Eldo GT(green)

Fantastic weather for the campout, maybe the best weather of any rally I've been, if you don't count Thursday, which was technically not part of the campout! Around 25 riders, and the vast majority were actually on MGs! Thanks to all that chipped in to make it a great time for all. Let's do it again in 25!

i think Chad ruined that for everybody by not using the outhouse for his late night brat deposit. :)

That was likely a big ass dog wondering through the camp ground.
-
But seriously, it was fun for all, and will even be better next year. We are going to keep our right wrist pinned on the gas, on ward and up ward!!
-
I heard it was Joe B drunk, I won't say anything, been there many times in the same woods.
There are more coyotes at the Iowa rally by far, them ain't puppy's.

Never realized Bad Chad was short for Big Ass Dog Chad.

I didn't come to the rally, I don't know anyone named Owen Everything so, I could not bring him!
