Title: Converted Bliss
Post by: Bulldog9 on April 07, 2024, 09:29:30 PM
Took the Convert on a 175 mile ride today. Such a pleasant bike, and one that says "GO SLOW" enjoy the ride.

Rode to Lincolns birthplace, childhood home, Makers Mark, Jim Beam, Heaven Hill, and tons of country roads in between. The Convert delivered! Total Bliss, and flawless performance and response. Amazing on a 48 year old machine..... First ride of the season, and such a treat.

Out on mine yesterday, wandering around PA, checking out the East Broadtop RR's progress on rebuilding track that has been out of service for nearly 70 years. https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjBkK8w

Looks great Dave!

I really need to clean my motor up. I did a deep clean when I did the refresh in 2020, but haven't done more than keep the shiny parts shiny.

Seems my PICS fell off the post yesterday. Ended the day finishing off some mighty fine juice and a couple cigars.  Believe the hype! This was a VERY good bottle.

Just sent you a perfect excuse, check your e-mail... LOL

I hit one every weekend I am in KY. NOT doing the dumb 'Stamp My Book" thing, but I will have visited every major and many of the smaller. I love being able to get the "Distillery Only" selections. Louisville itself has a Great Lineup you can Walk within 2-3 Miles.

Rabbit Hole, Angels Envy, Old Forester, Evan Williams, Michters, Peerless have Tours and tastings. Bardstown and Castle & Key are Tasting Only.  Best Tour is the Old Forester and Michters.
