Hi everyone. I think I will be able to ride down to Dunlap for this one Bob. I'll keep you posted as we get closer to the date. Hope everyone is doing well and staying cool out there this summer.

Everyone should try and make this. The Cookie Jar just reopened a couple of months ago after rebuilding from a devastating fire. Not many restaurants can come back from something like this. It's a great family restaurant.

My forecast says 86 degrees and sunny. Starter button acting up again on my V7/850/centenario. Either DEOXIT will work again or Il be in my truck! Either way Il be at lunch on the 10th!

Open to suggestions. Staying alongside the river a little south and looking for historic and scenic stops. Dinner suggestions.

Completely forgot to send suggestions. Depending on which way you head up to Dunlap, you could still hit Mt Alto and Fouche gap roads. They are on the west side of town, a tad south and north of GA 20 respectively. Tight slow narrow roads.
I'll be heading up 100 to Summerville, over to Mentone, Ider, etc. whatever it takes to bypass Chattanooga lol.

I'm 51 so that probably made me the youngest. :grin:
Just got home from the lunch meet. Went to Pikeville, Spencer, McMinnville and back down to Jasper. Home through Trenton, Cloudland, Summerville and Rome. 420 miles round trip.
