Title: Intake leaks
Post by: Guzler on June 01, 2024, 08:15:32 PM
I'm fixing to find out how to seal intake to carb junction on my T-3. I did some swapping of carbs and now both leak bad. I assembled them with heavy grease that must have melted to water. I guess. Anyway new plastics are on the way and I have some Aviation Form a Gasket.
Any hints from the pits?

I'd suggest spraying wd40 (with the nozzle) to try and locate the exact location of the leak . It works for me :) . Peter

I would use a small torch, flame off, gas on to pinpoint leaks.
