Title: IAW 7SM and Instrument cluster diagnostics

Greetings All.  Got a P0564 code on a Cali 14 2017. ( Cruise Control/ Brake Switch / Access instrument Cluster Diagnostic.AFAIK  Guzzidiag does not have access that I know of.
The fault code returns after clearing it . Both brake switches turn brake lights on/ off so a communication problem is likely.  Is PADS required or is there a scan tool that will allow access?
Any knowledge, suggestion/ how to is appreciated

PAD's most likely. I used PAD's to clear an error that would not stay cleared. It was storage for some issues and was full. Once deleted all well again. Don't remember the code or anything. Don't know if this is your issue but PAD's has the advantage.

Thanks, Guzzisteve.  That leaves a trip to the dealer as the only solution. An alternative  Scan Tool that allows Instrument Cluster Diagnostic does not exist at this time ( someone  Please correct me if there is one) . Rumor has it, though , that  Mr GuzziDiag is close to developing  Instrument Cluster Diagnostics so soon, perhaps there will be something.
