Title: OKIE NAR Oct. 10? - 13
Post by: Shorty on October 06, 2024, 09:40:46 PM: I haven't seen it mentioned yet, but this coming weekend is the time for what remains of the OKIE NAR in Talihina, Ok. This is the first year I'm not tent camping. I'll be staying in town (Friday) along with a few other misfits. Not sure if anyone has reserved the shelter. I'm sure there will be guys in and out of the campground. If you're coming, chime in. Hope to see ya there. I'm the fat guy on a Enfield 350 trying to go 30 mph up those hills.

Fabulous weather and roads. Plan on returning next year...pulling up stakes later in the week and heading to Talimena added to the agenda for next year.

I decided it would be a Bad Idea to stuff a cat into a pillow case, shove it down my jacket, and try to ride a motorcycle back to Texas

If you buy a Vespa or Aprillia scooter there is a sticker under the seat that says 'no pets'
