Gaga seems to be able to re invent like Madonna never could, the song stays in your head, so as a pop song it has to be given a big tick.
Her voice has a good depth and power….Not bad at all.
The only down side as I see it is she didn’t actually ride the bike like Ann Margaret did in that movie she was in, which detracted from the authenticity.
I’ll never figure out why, but as an old guy of 66, I actually reckon it’s pretty darn good for a throw away song.

She is very talented. If you listen to some of her quieter work with Tony Bennett for example.
You don't see Guzzi's in popular culture very often. Maybe some young guy will see that bike and want to learn more about it.

Hey, it's motorcycle related and Guzzi too. I used to couldn't stand her until I reluctantly saw the movie A star is born. Changed my perception 100%. Gotta give credit where it's due.

While in college in the 70s, I saw the version with Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson (RIP). No one ever questioned Barbra's singing talent which is prodigious, but her looks were subjective for sure with many finding her sexy and others not so much. Yes, I realize this makes me sound like a dinosaur, but we young fellers cared about such things in those days. Not like your sophisticated, suave and evolved males of today who never even think about a woman's looks. (that's a joke folks)

When I see a video clip of Madonna when she was just becoming famous I had no idea it was her. She sure went downhill quickly as she aged. Interesting how some age like fine wine while others turn to vinegar rather quickly.
