Brought an after market 09 caliper to improve the braking on a 850T.
Even though I used a vacuum bleeder I was always getting a bit on air with the fluid which I put down to air being sucked from around the nipple thread.
Still the lever remained a bit spongy until I noticed the two caliper halves flexing and a track of brake fluid running down the fork leg.
Turns out the two cap screws that hold the halves together were loose!
