Title: What is this?

I had lost the little tool kit that came with my 2016 V7II and so bought a new one.  The bag was the same, but it had a few more tools in it including this hex tip shown below.  Does anyone know what Allen head it is for on the bike? (I don't).

Looks like it fits one of the axles. Wonder if the previous owner did as I did and chopped some hex keys to make tips that would fit in a socket (so the sockets pull double duty)

I believe it's for the axles. There should also be a wrench that fits the hex.

No previous owner, this is a brand new kit.  Yes, a wrench comes with it.  It does not fit the rear axle, but there is a plastic plug on the right front axle.  I didn't pull the plug, but that could be it.

OK, went out and checked the front axle.  Pulled the plastic plug out, and sure enough, the little bit fits right in there!
