I was still relatively new to Guzzi when this photo was taken, I believe it was the National early 2000's. In all my years riding since I was 16 years old, I never experienced a sense of community as strong as this. I'm now a tic over 70 and still feel that way. If you see yourself here, feel free to chime in and say hi

That was my first Guzzi Rally but not in that photo. Now or ever did you live in Livonia?

Yup, still do, 23 years now. I've been organizing old photos and found some when we met at, if I recall, the Genesee Hotel with the Norton (or was it BSA) club.

Its been a few years. That would be the Norton club likely on our Polar Bear ride. I miss that place.
This was taken a few years later at WV by Barb Nowell.

Ha ha, that was fun, minus the wet tent and the hangover. I stood in the laundromat across the street in my boxers and boots trying to dry enough clothing for the ride home.
I did like the "all the beer you can drink" part of the rally... And the people.
I think I have a copy of that photo with everyone's names labeled.

Still have the mug.

I’m not in the photo, but that was also my first Guzzi rally. Hooked ever since.

From top left and memory Bob Dentico, Kev M, Dean Rose, Bill, ?, Zoom zoom/john henry. Bottom row names escape me except for mine.

IIRC ? was DamnYankee/Nelson we rode back to the Philly area together in the rain the next day.
EDIT - middle bottom is Joe A right? He started this thread.
EDIT - PS I can't find the labelled version of that photo.
EDIT, EDIT - FOUND IT (well another version):

My first WV rally was in '05 or '06. I enjoyed them, the saturday parade, the fire dept, the friendly New Cumberland residents, etc. Good times!
