Title: Cleveland Moto
Post by: Offcamber1 on April 11, 2025, 06:51:34 PM: I was in Cleveland on the West side for a funeral last weekend. Around the corner from the funeral home was Cleveland Moto and I stopped to see if he had any medium t-shirts as the one I bought 8 years ago from them had holes in it. It was 8:30 Saturday morning and came to the door and let me in (they open at 11) and then sorted through t-shirt inventory until he found a couple of mediums. In the process he explained that he was picking up Moto Guzzi once again and had half a dozen bikes coming as soon as the tariff issues settles out. Really nice gentleman who took some time both times I happened in town, years apart.

I wish he wasn't 430 miles away from me...

Post by: Dirk_S on April 11, 2025, 07:44:11 PM: I talked to the owner a few weeks back, surprised he didn’t mention that! I know he’s a Guzzi fan, so I’m glad he’s taken up the marquee once more. Might have to visit when I come out that was for a wedding in June.

That’s good news for NuGuzzi if he’s still looking to get a Guzzi.

Post by: guzziart on April 12, 2025, 06:37:59 AM: Yeah, the owner of Cleveland Moto, Phil Waters, is a great guy. When he still had the MG franchise he brought bikes to the Ohio Rally. One year he brought Zero's, the electric bike. Anyway, he's a very interesting person to talk to or was, I haven't seen or talked to him in several years now but understand he does a podcast. And, I always found the showroom interesting too with new, used & vintage stuff. I got my '91 Honda ct70 from him in '14 :laugh:
