Does anyone have any leads to where I might find a service and/or parts manual for the Marzocchi forks that were used for the NTX 350/650?
-
Do you know which model and size they are? I may have a manual for them.

Model— no clue. Tube diameter = 40mm; stroke = 210mm.
Note that these forks have only a 2-point mounting system for the fork brace (1 mounting hole per fork) rather than the more rigid 4-point (2 holes per fork). I ended up modifying a British Fork Co./Russell James fork brace for structural rigidity.
Here’s an exploded diagram from the NTX service manual:

Not really. I assume the Guzzi parts diagrams will have Guzzi-specific part numbers, and the Guzzi service instructions—just like for the Dellorto carbs—won’t be as specific. Seeing that these forks are pretty old now, I’d prefer to have a manual straight from the manufacturer.

To the best of my knowledge the same on 650TT are Marzocchi M1R internals at 40mm tubes, what I used to rebuild forks on a 650TT
The only book I could find is the one Charlie posted, I used it in the 90's for the TT rebuild before I knew computers there was only paper & house phone.
You could call MarzocchiMotor in Italy
