Is this a rack that would take Hepco Becker cases?

If not, what do I need to know about getting a rack for Hepco Becker cases? It appears to be one that would fit my Bassa.

Yes. And...no. maybe.
That is 100% a rack for Hepco Becker Jr. Cases. The black bulbous blown injection molded cases. They're excellent.
Just a word of caution before proceeding....
the no/maybe is that they do vary in their design slightly in the way they mate to the various California Tonti frames.
As pictured on the ebay listing, the horizontal bars, 1 per side, that extend forward and terminate with a bolt opening - that geometry can vary between models. What fits the '04 EV is not necessarily the same as your Bassa. I say this because I bought an identical set based on sellers assurances, and the rack didn't fit my bike. I was able to find another eventually which did.

Came back to say the Mark at Moto Guzzi Classics may be a good person to confirm the mounting points on your Bassa for that rack.

Are the panniers in your picture Hepco Becker Jr. Cases?

yes. 30L. I think the 40L are a bit more common, and would look more proportional with that top case. Red skulls not included.

Not certain, but I believe so.

I think the Bassa has the same mounting points as my old California Special. You can make it fit but you might have to elongate a couple of holes to get it to fit. That's what I did. I'ld give you my old rack but you are on the opposite side of the country from me and shipping would be prohibitive.

The HB mounts that I'm familiar with mount to the ummm.. trunk rack for the most part. No trunk rack, no mounting points.
Can you post a pic of the rack that you have? Might make it easier to see what will fit.

I emailed the Ebay seller asking if they could measure these distances for me.
