My 2025 Moto Morini Calibro 700:
* 700cc, DOHC, liquid-cooled twin
* 68 HP, fuel-injected
* ABS brakes, 6-speed, Belt-drive
* 443 lbs. light, nimble and quite fast and "sporty"
The perfect combination for a 70+ year old Geezer-Biker (Yes...that's ME!) :laugh: :grin: :wink:

Could what? Look like a Kawasaki Eliminator 500?

Wish I could ride my V7 850! At least two more weeks before I see the Dr. Hopefully he will clear me to ride. But then another surgery in early June...
Sucks getting old. Just keep riding guys while you can...

That was my first thought also, but I was thinking the engine from the VerSys 650.
Those are great bikes!!!!

Designed in Italy but made in China? Guess that's like Triumphs being designed in the UK but built in India. Me personally, I'd rather have one made in India than China, for more than purely manufacturing reasons.

looks like a real bargain and nice machine. My youngest son (33 years old) got his license last year and would like to ride. During his "training", he got all the way to 2nd gear on a Honda 250, so I was thinking of used SV650.

Triumph is made in Thailand. Royal Enfield is made in India. Some Ducati's are also made in Thailand.

My former T120 was built in Thailand, excellent quality.

I think it’s actually more like designed, engineered, manufactured and assembled in China. Tested and marketed in Italy by a small number of Italians and a few Chinese in a small office.
-
That is correct. A Chinese gonglomorate bought the name after Moto Marini went bankrupt...It is just an Italian name...
I am sure it is a nice bike, but don't really like giving my money to the ChiComs, they got enough of our money...
