I am considering a V100 and curious what you owners are getting for miles per gallon of gas.
Also, I was spoiled with the six gallon tanks on the Norge and Breva I see the V100 only have a 4.5 gallon tank including the reserve. On an average how many miles per tank are you getting?
Thanks

I average high 40's on mine. It varies quite a bit depending on riding styles. I am generally pretty easy but not always. Two hundred miles on a tank is easily obtainable.

I have a V100 Navale as well, only put about 350 miles on it over the last 10 months. But I would say low 40's would be a good planning factor, 50 max. I'd start looking for a gas station at around the 150-mile mark.

I've had my '24 V100 S about a year and put on around 4500 miles. The tank holds pretty much exactly 4.5 gallons including the reserve. The fuel light comes on when there is 1 gallon left in the tank. I am averaging 47 MPG. So the fuel light comes on at about 160 miles, and you have 1 gallon left. So.... I do not think you can "easily" get 200 miles per tank, you are at the limits of the bikes range much over 200. I had an 8V Norge previously, and it definitely had a greater range. The V100 could use a litter bigger tank IMO, but I do like to take a break every 160-180 miles anyway, so no big deal. I can't recommend the V100 enough so far, zero issues, just great touring. :thumb:

Stelvio... (V100 Stelvio has a fuel capacity of 5.5 gallons.)
It's a real shame that a sport-touring machine like the Mandello only has 4.5 gallons capacity.
6 or 7 gallons and 250+ miles range would sure be nice when back roading in flyover country.

My V7lll carries ~1 gal more than the Mandello. Go figure. The fuel capacity of the Mandello is adequate but I would like a bit more, another gallon would have been nice.

The nicest thing about the 2014 V7 Special I owned was that big metal fuel tank providing 250 miles range.
It's great riding all day long and only having to make one of your stops a fuel stop.
There are many better places to stop and stretch one's legs than at a grimy gas station or convenience store somewhere.

3.6 gallons at 165 miles. Panniers, freeway, quartering crosswind today.
3.9 gallons at 186 miles, valley to coast today. Used more happy handle.
The gas pump light kicked on at 156 and 165 today. Supposed to be 1 gallon left.
The V100 S is one of the best sport tour bikes I've owned, 49 years riding.
