I want to wax my 2015 V7 Stone (Flat Black) I was thinking of using some Ceramic wax, anyone tried that?
Whats your opinion on the best wax to use?

Isn't waxing more to make the paint shine or give it that "wet" look.

Yeah, I was going to ask the ‘why’?
Are you looking to get rid of the matte look? If so, have at it. But if you want to keep the matte look, you either want to leave it be or use a wax-specific final coat from what I’d read maybe 6 years ago when I was considering waxing.
Rat Wax is a matte finish protectant. Rat Wax’s website:

I think some Harley manuals recommended windex as a final spray/wipe for their matte finish tanks?

If you want to keep the matte finish of your bike, you need to use something that's specifically made for matte finishes. I use something from the brand Muc-Off on my '24 V100 Navale, which is flat gray.

I wouldn’t chance it. I bought a 2013 new and never used anything but soap and water. It looks like new still.

What Bronze star said . I use a cleaning product made for matt finishes, so far so good!

I don't use anything other than car wash on my Navale. I don't dare use anything else I kind of messed up the finish on my Audace using something that I don't remember. It didn't have a matte finish bit kind of a satin. I had to buff it out to make it look good. I am generally not a fan of matte finishes but it looks good in my opinion. To me the shiny grey Harleys don't look good.

mr Cleans magic eraser worked real good on the matte finish of my Guzzi Aluminum. I would wet the pad, then go over it to dry it with a micrifiber towel.
