So I tried the O,rings then the factory cone seals but I still get a tiny leak from the push rod.
I measured rod and its 5.95mm, input shaft bore was 9.05 mm and cones had zero crush on their od which is never going too work in my book.
Has anyone tried a hydraulic piston seal?

Maybe a thicker oring.

So, I'm confused.
First, what motorbike are we writing about?
Second, you mention the input shaft bore. Is the transmission out on the bench? How can you see the input shaft which sticks out the front of the transmission? I suspect a nomenclature confusion here. Please explain or photo more.
Third, there is a modified 'outer body' which uses TWO o-rings for better sealing.
Fourth, how many miles and what is the maintenance history? If the throwout bearing ever failed (not uncommon) the whirling bits will quickly eat away at the throwout bore in the soft aluminum rear cover of the transmission. New o-rings will quickly get destroyed as they drag over the damaged bore area.
More data please.

I see they make a 6mm id x 14 od x 6 w.
O-rings this size? https://www.mcmaster.com/93125K19/ Did you polish the clutch pushrod? Some are rough as a cob and will destroy the o-rings. Never had the stack of six o-rings leak.

Cant remember where I got these 0 rings from but I can see from the link they are not the same as mine, fell on the rod with no drag. Will track down the correct size.
Also a correction. The I.D of the input shaft where the seals fit is 9.05 not 14.05. Don't know where I got that from.
Cheers.
