Will there be a GRIT rally this year in Lindale, Tx.? My planned trip to Kerrville has been blown away again. (5 years of delays) So, also are the any other ares of Texas that has similar roads like the 'Twisted Sisters'? I have a tent, sleeping bag, etc. I have had new for 5 years, not used yet. My 2012 V7C is set up to travel, trunk, saddle bags, windshield, and cruise control. Upgraded to 2016 Stone cast wheels with new Michelin tires, itching for a trip somewhere. Any suggestions will be appreciated. BTW, I am located in Alexandria, La.

None listed yet on MGNOC site, you could ring up Ken or Beaver. They might even read this.

Yes, there will be a GRIT Rally! It will be Fri Oct 3 thru Sun Oct 5 with the main event being on Sunday. Location is 15093 County Road 431, Lindale, Tx.
I've got many routes around East Texas mapped out. The countryside is totally different than the Twisted Sisters in the Hill Country, but you can ride to New York and London or go to the Eiffel Tower in Paris while you're here. 😃
There is camping onsite or you can sleep on a comfy cot inside the air conditioned "dance studio".
You can call or text 903.316.7720 for more info.
Thanks for asking. Hope to see you here!

Arizona, Kansas and Hawaii contingent will be there although in small numbers. Already have my flight booked to Phoenix and I'm bringing the 50/50 raffle tickets. :thumb:

Odin from New Hampshire will be here and will bring his mom and dad also! 🐶😃

Washington state will quite likely be in attendance.

Flash flooding around Phoenix area. Looks like a better start Monday morning. Didn't have to wash the dust off the bike. I got stuck in traffic in a heavy downpour.

Planning on coming up from the Austin area on Saturday afternoon. If there's any cots left I'd love to grab 1. Look forward to meeting everyone!
