Title: 8000km Quota Shakedown tour (video)
Post by: nick949 on July 27, 2025, 11:43:05 AM
One or two of you may have watched my previous video which described how Phil's diassembled bike was brought back to life and ended up in my garage.

Not content with assuming it was going to be reliable, I just set off across Canada. Here is the video:

HI, Nick!

Kudos to your friend Norm on a great job
reassembling the Airfix kit.
Glad the trip went well.

Best wishes to your sideswiped friend as well.
I hope he continues to improve.

Thanks Stretch. Phil is doing well and Norm is just about to take possession of a new RE Himalayan - all good.

You are the best at this Nick.
Charmingly self effacing might I add. I love your Quota and I could see myself with such a thing if I was not already well equipped, but who knows what might be ahead ? Thanks for the ride.
